With her sixth album the highly regarded jazz singer and songwriter Trine-Lise Væring has changed her musical course, and the result will make an impact on the Danish music scene. The cd is entitled "Trespassing", one reason being that it is unusual for artists on the jazz scene to seek inspiration elsewhere - in this case resulting in an originally angled fusion of the singer-songwriter tradition and contemporary pop, injected with a touch of modern jazz with emphasis on melodies and groove.
